Detailed Vessel Walkthrough
You can enter DIXIE through either the port or starboard boarding gates or through the stern transom door. Once onboard you can maneuver the wide sides decks and completely walk around the entire boat exterior. Entering from the swim platform you would enter the large cockpit area. Along the starboard side of the cockpit is the ladder for fly bridge access. There are port and starboard wing doors and a sliding door (with Phantom screen) to enter the main salon. The entire cockpit is enclosed with vinyl panels with installed screens and snap on Sunbrella curtains to manage sunlight. Entering into the main salon and along the starboard side is the sofa. To port are two recliners each with an ottoman and a folding table to act as a dinette. The U shaped galley is forward along the starboard side and offers double stainless steel sinks Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer and ample storage and counter space to please any chef. Along the starboard side is a beautiful built in bookcase storage and the electrical panels. Down three steps is the hallway into the staterooms. Immediately to port is a stacked washer and dryer. Along the starboard side is the guest stateroom with a fold down single berth and a single berth located against the starboard side. The guest area has a built in desk/office area with built in book shelves to allow a full library. There are ample hanging locker and storage spaces. Across from the guest stateroom is the day head and head for guests with a separate shower stall toilet mirrored vanity and ample storage. Further forward is the master stateroom with a starboard side Pullman berth; under berth storage and nine drawers and an overhead book shelve. Along the port side is a large hanging locker and vanity with mirrored cabinets and drawers. The master head is all the way forward and features a Vacuflush head mirrored vanity and port and starboard bow lockers for storage. A separate shower stall is in the forepeak. Back the main salon and up three steps along the port side is access to the pilot house. A large seat converts into an additional berth for two. The pilot house offers port and starboard dutch doors with screens a port side book shelf which currently holds all ships manuals and a maintenance log and a wonderful pilot house helm area
