Accommodations
The 4450s sheer size is impressive enough but wait until you see the massive interior spaces.All interior cherry laminate woodwork matching fabrics Sunbrella carpet runners recessed lighting and VacuFlush heads make the 4450 a class above most comparable yachts. Entering from the TNT lift swim platform and into the aft deck area you begin to grasp the thinking that went into the design. The aft deck has a hard top and a large U shaped settee built into the transom with dual dinette tables. Forward is a large settee facing aft to allow for a crowd to carry on conversation. To port is a wet bar area with a cabinet stored refrigerator with ice maker and small wet bar sink. Up a few steps you enter the helm area. To port is an L shaped settee and the helm area offer seating for three with an electric helm adjustable seat. The helm area and arrangement of electronics and engine instruments allows easy and safe maneuvering. Down four steps you enter the main salon. To starboard is an L shaped inclining settee with storage and a beautiful cherry table. To port is the entertainment center with TV a wet bar with Corian countertop a stainless steel sink with matching cover liquor dispenser a liquor storage cabinet and the electrical panels. Further forward and to port is the elevated L shaped settee with storage and a cherry dinette table. To starboard and one step down is the U shaped galley area complete with wood flooring Corian countertops and dual stainless steel sinks. Further forward and down 3 steps to port is the guest head complete with a separate shower stall Vacu-flush head and a mirrored vanity. To starboard is the guest stateroom with twin berths which may convert to a large double and the washer/dryer combo. All the way forward is the VIP stateroom with center-line queen berth massive walk in closet to port and ample storage cabinets and drawers.All the way aft of the salon is the huge master stateroom. Entrance is down three steps along his port side of the main salon.
